The Orca pledge

The Orca Special Edition is a project watch to support the work of Whale and Dolphin Conservation (WDC). For every kit sold, we donate £20 to support their work and as a thank you for your support, you will also receive an exclusive print from local UK artist Gemma Carter in A5 format. You can see more of her art on Instagram or under www.gemmacarterart.com.

START YOUR WATCHMAKING JOURNEY WITH THE ORCA SPECIAL EDITION

A classic, black diver case in 36 or 39mm size, equipped with a unidirectional 120-click bezel, scratch resistant sapphire crystal and screw down crown. This robust, water-resistant case is completed by a matte diver dial with applied indices (blacked out) matching the colour scheme of a majestic Orca whale. Over your dial a set of skeletonized polished black hands will indicate your time.

Within the case, the reliable and precise NH-35A automatic watch movement drives your watch without the need for batteries or manual winding, purely powered by the movement of your wrist.

OUR WATCHMAKING STARTER KITS

Containing all parts, tools and instructions our kits are an ideal start into the world of horology. Learn more about the way a watch ticks, the origins of watchmaking and how to assemble your own automatic watch at home.

All our kits contain a detailed instruction booklet as well as access to our step-by-step video guides available on our homepage (click here for an example) to assist you throughout the assembly.

Safety notice: Please note that these kits are not toys and are unsuitable for children of any age. They contain small parts which can be swallowed as well as sharp tools. Please always handle the tools (especially tweezers) with utmost care and caution. Keep the ends away from your eyes, skin or any other person or animal.

This ensures not only a great experience building your first watch, but also that you can re-use all parts for the next watches you want to build.
