Shipping policy
We aim to hand over all orders within 1-2 business days to our logistic partners. Missing information on your order might cause a delay to this timeframe.
Domestic orders (UK only)
We are a London based company and offer free shipping on our products for the UK. All your orders to a UK delivery address already contain all relevant duties and taxes (prices displayed in our shop include 20% UK VAT) and no further payments or costs will be incurred.
Depending on order value your UK package will be shipped with 1st class or the Tracked24 service by Royal Mail. Once the package is on its way, you will receive tracking details via E-Mail (please also check your spam folder for this message).
Please note that we have no influence on the shipment once it is on its way. Tracked24 has an estimated delivery timeframe of 1-2 business days after receiving the package, but it is not a guarantee.
International shipments
International orders for kits are shipped via UPS or comparable shipping companies. Individual components are shipped via RoyalMail International. Delivery times may vary and can be delayed due to the service of the logistic provider, which are outside of our control.
Please note that for international deliveries, UK VAT is not charged on your order and will not be shown in your total order cost at check-out (if you are shopping from a UK IP address, the initial basket might have included UK VAT which will be deducted once you update your shipping address).
** Important - Import taxes and duties **
Your package will be imported by the shipping company for any order outside the UK (including any shipment to the EU). Depending on your country, you will be charged local taxes which are a responsibility of the buyer (please see an example calculation below). The additional costs will be charged directly to you via our logistic partners and are payable to them / the tax authority of your country. In addition, the logistic provider will charge you a brokerage fee to handle the import process. Please also note that we can't reimburse you for any taxes you paid to a third party, if you decide to return the kit.
Please note that refusing acceptance of an international shipment after importing, will cause significant costs including brokerage fees, return shipment fees and paid taxes. All of which we can't refund as 3rd party costs.

Example - Import costs
Below we have included an example of import costs for a shipment from the UK to Germany:
Product Price excl. shipping cost: 249.17£
VAT (Germany - charged via UPS): 49.38£
Brokerage fee (charged via UPS): c. 15£
Total payment to us: 249.17£ plus shipping
Total additional payment to UPS for delivery to take place: 64.38£
